Type: Part-Time Remote (40 Hours per Month)

Compensation: $5,278,91 MXN or $300USD

Job Description: As a part-time Bilingual Social Media and Communications Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our communications, social media strategy, and client support. Working closely with our CEO and Creative Services Designer and Director, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and providing essential support for client communications. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while contributing to our mission of digital empowerment.

Responsibilities: 
Collaborate with the CEO and Creative Services Designer to develop and execute social media strategies.

Create bilingual (English/Spanish) written content that effectively communicates our message and engages our audience on social media platforms.

Manage and curate content for multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, and more.

Cultivate and maintain a consistent online brand personality for each of our programs.

Strategically engage with various target audiences to generate awareness and excitement about our programs and services.

Provide support to the CEO in sending out email communications and materials to clients.

Calendar appointments and use Google Calendar for careful project management.

Communications and use of WhatsApp for daily team communications.

Utilize multimedia tools such as Zoom Meeting. Google Business, Canva, ClickUp, Figma, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, FloDesk, Eventbrite, Loom, ChatGPT, Bard and assist with website management on WordPress, ensuring our information is current and ahead of the game.

Qualifications:
Strong bilingual written communication skills in English and Spanish are valued.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Proficiency in managing and developing content for various social media platforms.

In-depth knowledge of the latest social media trends and engagement strategies.

Experience creating visually appealing content using multimedia tools.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Reliable internet connection and a conducive remote work environment.
